For the many years that Lydia served our organization, she was uplifting to the staff and leadership of our department. She was remarkable in learning the unique challenges we face each day, then customizing training to hone the people and relational skills that make our teams more effective. 

She leaves EVERYONE she encounters with a sense that their life matters and that we all have a purpose to live out in our work and personal lives. We are grateful to have had this time with her!"

In Lydia's nearly 20 years with the Health System, she developed and provided many training programs. She creatively customized her approach for effective communication with a variety of departments and individuals. She championed a system-wide Customer Service initiative and served as a Professional Leadership Coach. Lydia’s strengths include: easily establishing a rapport with all team members, leading training and coaching classes that contribute to improved quality and service, and facilitating enjoyable skill and knowledge development programs. 

I had the wonderful opportunity to enjoy attending Lydia's Real Colors class at our church. Lydia was engaging and knowledgeable. We were all excited to learn so much about ourselves, each other, and how we can work together even better.
